Shoshannah Hart is an associate attorney at the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center. Throughout law school, she worked at Estate Planning firms, gaining valuable experience that shaped her into the attorney she is today.
After moving to Carlsbad and passing the California bar exam, she sought out opportunities in other areas of the law, but went back to her roots, and is now leading the Estate Planning Division at the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center.
Like her colleague, Sara Tasch, Shoshannah also has a well-rounded education with two Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Political Science from Arizona State University.
Tired of scorpions, rattlesnakes, and 120-degree summers, Shoshannah moved to California and completed her Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University School of Law.
Shoshannah was recently married to the love of her life in May of 2017. She and her husband enjoy living in Carlsbad with their two rescue pups and you can often find them wandering on the beach, enjoying all that Carlsbad Village has to offer. Shoshannah also enjoys restoring furniture, cooking without recipes, and volunteering for multiple local organizations.

Sara N. Tasch
Of Counsel Sara N. Tasch is an estate planning attorney, writer, and mom.
Shortly after graduating from law school, Ms. Tasch worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm while awaiting her bar exam results. Once licensed, she began her career as an estate and business planning attorney at a prominent boutique law firm in San Diego, where she helped families protect their assets through comprehensive estate and business plans and complex tax planning techniques.
Part of her well-rounded education includes a Bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Economics, and a law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where Ms. Tasch graduated with honors. While in law school, Ms. Tasch was an active member of the Business Law Association, the Women’s Law Association, the Students Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF), and was awarded numerous Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tasch worked for several years as a senior-level litigation paralegal, which has afforded her invaluable insights on how to avoid legal disputes, as well as how best to address such disputes when they do arise. When not working as a lawyer, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, young son, and their two rescue pit bull terriers, Piglet and Tyson.
